Blink and you missed it. While Wale was working hard shooting “Pretty Girls”… Beyonce was somewhere declaring some form of “retirement.” Perhaps she meant retiring from music? Or concerts and such?  But, before any R&B artists could rejoice at this news… she was already shooting a commercial.

She does look lovely though… check it out…

Word is… Queen Bey racked in an impressive $87 million to Jay-Z‘s $35 mil making them the top earning couple between 2008 and 2009, according to Forbes. I believe that would make year two in a row for this power couple. Either way, I know one thing for sure…. neither of them know how to “retire” fully.

I don’t anything wrong with that… Especially if you’re racking in that kind of dough.

On to Wale….

Wale was shooting the scenes for “Pretty Girls” (minus Gucci for obvious reasons) but, he represented Gucci in full effect. This was one video that looked like it was hella fun to shoot. I wish I was there *tear drop*. Anyways, I personally can’t wait for the video to debut… How about you?
