Anyhoo, it may seem like we are doing alot of changes to our site but honestly CHANGE is GOOD. Especially when working in the internet/media outlet path… you gotta get “Brand New” on em. Back when we were just a mere blogspot (which was only in like what — Aug? Sept?) TeamVixen had a big plan in mind. We knew where we were going and where we were heading with our site.
Not even six full months later — here we are. Brand New on you, styling on you even…. (You liiiiike?)
BUT, we are only as successful as our supporters. You. Yes YOU. YOU reading this post, following us on twitter… and even passing the word. So, Thank you.
Team Vixen’s SOLE purpose was to expose you to the things you don’t know about the DC/MD and VA areas…
The music you don’t always know of… The artists you walk by everyday that have a purpose in music. The photographer who uses his eyes for art. The model without promotion but with purpose. The mixtape that isn’t on iTunes.
You may never get to know them personally – but our goal is to give everyone with a vision – their place. Rappers, Singers, Models, Photographers, Business Owners, DJ’s and even YOU bloggers! We want to showcase each and every person who deserves it… wholeheartedly and without politics…

Our site is and will always be about UNITY. Unity in the DC, MD, and VA areas. Unity, point blank period.
