So, one of my favorite DMV artist Lyriciss had to part ways with our area and he did a goodbye performance at The Beat Clash a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t in attendance to witness his farewell, I know he’ll show Philly and NYC what the DC, MD and VA area is all about. Lyriciss will make us proud, just as Wale and others before him.

I don’t know him personally, but what I can say is that he was one in the few artists that trusted in Team Vixen well before the brand became what you are witnessing today. His mixtape “The Day Job” was one of the very first mixtapes covered on our blogspot site and received rave reviews.

His newest project titled “The Practice” is expected to drop January 26, 2010 and I can’t hardly wait.
