Mixtapes I’m Listening To | Obii Say Drops Dopeness & L.A. Still Riots…

I have these two projects on CONSTANT rotation.  It’s only right that I share – right?

First of all – Obii Say is HIGHLY underrated.  I had to let that be known.  Secondly, this mixtape?  Completely and totally #Dope.   Don’t sleep on the fact that there is only eight tracks.  Obii is definitely a quality over quantity type of guy.  Personally?  I would rather listen to his ENTIRE project than some* of these 20+ track nonsense mixtapes I get.

Next up?  L.A.‘s #dopeness that is The L.A. Riots.  YES. I have had the mixtape since it first dropped.  I didn’t share it with ya’ll initially because I am selfish sometimes.  Don’t judge me.  L.A. is one of the most aggressively, intelligent artists in the game.  (In my opinion anyways..)  On this project she becomes so transparent and allows you to see deep into her emotions with NO hesitation.  Don’t sleep – she definitely gives her male counterparts a run for their money as well.
