Fly Gypsy is a hip hop duo out of DC with a lot of local , national as well as industry buzz second probably only to Wale.The duo shot the music video for their hit single “You” in Jamaica under the guide of director Ras Kassa, who has worked with other famed artists like Sean Paul and Damien Marley. “You” is currently in rotation on MTVu and VH1 Soul and also won the MTVu Freshmen contest.

Their new album Change for a Dollar has been receiving rave reviews from several massively popular websites like OkayPlayer.com, and their single “2 Step” has been steadily climbing the College Radio charts – currently at #4. Fly Gypsy will be opening for Wale on several dates and they will also be performing at the SXSW Festival and in London’s Jazz Cafe this March.
